Dear Families, 

We believe every child begins school with an extraordinary capacity to wonder. The purpose of education is not simply to preserve that curiosity, but to deepen it by helping children become thoughtful learners, compassionate leaders, and confident human beings. At Marin Horizon, every experience is intentionally designed with that purpose in mind.

From the Toddler experience through an eighth grader's graduation speech, our learning environment  is designed to honor child development and cultivate  intellectual, social-emotional, and physical growth through a curriculum of  meaningful  learning, deliberately connected across subjects, so students can make sense of an interconnected world. The transdisciplinary journey allows children to explore, discover, inquire, and become.

Our teachers and entire professional community are committed to knowing every child and nurturing the innate curiosity with which each child is born. Our students graduate as teenagers who not only have confident voices but also have developed the critical thinking skills and compassionate mindsets which will empower them to lead lives of purpose and to create positive impact.
