PA Meeting this Friday—Special Guest Charlie Denby
Friday, December 11, 9:30am
Zoom link

Whether you have never attended a PA meeting before or you are a regular, the December meeting is not to be missed! Marin Horizon’s cherished PE and Outdoor Ed teacher (and every kid’s best friend) Charlie Denby will join us to talk about what kids are doing and learning in our beautiful backyard in the days of pandemic academics. We will also recap Book Fair and Sip ’n’ Shop, and share thoughts and ideas for events in the new year.

Sip 'n' Shop–All Week Long!
Get all of your shopping done this week! Support local businesses while supporting Marin Horizon–it's a win-win! Everything you need to know about the week-long shopping event is contained in our Sip 'n' Shop website, here. Great news for all of our book lovers–the Marin Horizon/Copperfield's Book Fair is back to join our Sip 'n' Shop. There is still time purchase books for your family, find great holiday gifts and help fill our teacher wish lists!

Volunteer Spotlight: Jocelyn Corbett
Thank you, Jocelyn, for all of the hours, energy and enthusiasm you put into creating our amazing Sip 'n' Shop live event and week of shopping in support of Marin Horizon. Happy shopping, everyone!

Holiday Helping
We are continuing the canned food drive through December 18, to provide much needed food supplies for the SF-Marin Food Bank. Thank you for all of your donations so far; please keep them coming!

Also, please consider giving back to our community this holiday season by helping Play Marin provide "Warm Wishes Backpacks" to homeless people in Marin. Play Marin (www.PlayMarin.org) is going to distribute 200+ backpacks filled with winter essentials for those who are either homeless or in need living in Marin. You can sign up here to donate a stuffed backpack.
