At Marin Horizon, environmental stewardship is deeply rooted in our history, and it is an integral component of our mission to encourage students to be confident, creative individuals who are responsible to each other, the community, and the world.

The harmful effects of climate change are becoming increasingly apparent, as we witness dramatic weather events around the world and experience more frequent fires and drought in our home state.  We all care, but what can we do about it?

On Wednesday, November 3rd, 5:30-7:00 p.m., the Marin Horizon Community Association presents an interactive community conversation about the important topic of climate change, and how we can all become climate warriors in our community.  The discussion will be held in the school library (Zoom access will be available), and will be led by a panel of local environmental experts.
