Important Winter Concert Information
We are looking forward to our Winter Concert, featuring performances by our Kindergarten-5th Grade and the Upper School Advanced Band, on Friday, December 17th from 10:15-11:00 a.m.
Reminders and Updates:
Because of capacity issues and health protocols, we are only able to invite immediate household members of performing school children (Kindergarten-5th grade and students performing in Advanced Band).
Parents attending will need to send a copy of your vaccination card to firstname.lastname@example.org if you have not already done so for a prior event.
Parents will have a designated area on the amphitheater steps to watch the performance.
Our on-campus Winter Concert is a shuttle event. Shuttles will run from the Mt. Tamalpais Methodist Church (410 Sycamore Avenue) from 9:30-10:00 a.m. then returning from 11:00-11:30 a.m. There is no parking in the neighborhood. Unless you are walking or biking, you must use the shuttle service.
More details to follow about alternative plans in the case of rain.
Pick-Up Procedure: Students can be picked at the chute during their usual early dismissal time.
Horizon Center will be closed after the concert.
Early dismissal schedule: 11:00-11:15 a.m. - Toddler Garden 11:00-11:15 a.m. - P1 and P2 11:15-11:30 a.m. - P3 and P4 11:30-11:45 a.m. - Kindergarten 11:45 a.m. -12:00 p.m. - 1st and 2nd Grade 12:00-12:15 p.m. - 3rd and 4th Grade 12:15-12:30 p.m. - 5th - 8th Grade
