YOGA
During Yoga, children go on a yoga adventure using their imaginations and the art of storytelling to help navigate through yoga poses. Our destinations include hiking in the mountains, diving in the Great Barrier Reef, going on a safari in Africa, or sledding at the North Pole. On our journey, we play yoga games, sing yoga songs, and practice breathing techniques. Our goal is to give young children a developmentally appropriate way to explore yoga poses, mindfulness, and social-emotional learning. In all of our JAMaROO Kids classes, children are introduced to different genres of music from around the world and are encouraged to use their imagination, problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and listening skills. Our curriculum changes monthly to keep our students excited, engaged, and challenged!

In every class, kids have fun and stretch through yoga poses, build their confidence and curiosity through exploratory activities, and make new friends through yoga games. Above all, a Shine Kids Yoga Club class makes yoga accessible to kids of every learning style. Each class is different and is centered around weekly themed activities. Our classes explore themes like leadership, peace, friendships,  environment, community, self-awareness and so much more.
