It’s clear that our students take both their fashion and commitment to recycling seriously.
Stunning is how we’d describe some of the creations made of newsprint, gift bags, coffee filters, cardboard, plastic easter eggs, food containers, and high school brochures. Students (and even a few of our faculty) created hats, vests, shoes, kimonos, ball gowns, and capes. Their style and swagger were fierce, fabulous, and earth-friendly. And the audience response was rapturous.
